How can I apply for an apartment?
Does it cost anything to take a tour?
Nope! You will need to bring a photo ID, but there is no charge to view our apartments. We look forward to meeting you and showing you around!
Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
We strongly recommend making an appointment. Due to high occupancy demands, we no longer have a model apartment. We will also need to make arrangements with the current tenants to show upcoming vacant apartments.
Do you have a pool?
the hillside does not have a pool.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
How many units are in the building?
We have 72 units total. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, two baths, and the same layout.
How long is your lease?
Our standard lease is one year. Upon signing your lease, your first month’s rent and security deposit are due. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in different terms.
Are the apartments furnished or unfurnished?
We only have unfurnished apartments at this time.
How much is your rent?

Is there a security deposit?
Yes! The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Do you require a renters’ insurance policy?
the hillside requires renters’ insurance for the protection of our residents and their belongings. When you are ready to submit an application, feel free to ask our Managment Team if you have additional questions. You will be required to submit proof of insurance at the start of your lease.
Is there assigned parking?
Parking is not assigned. However, there should be plenty of parking spots to accommodate two cars per apartment. Also, we have parking spots available if you have visitors.

Are Utilities included?
Water and Sewer are included in your rent. All other utilities (e.g., electric, internet, phone, cable) are the responsibility of the tenant.
Is there an application fee?
No, we do not charge an application fee.
